Phuket
7 Days · 8 Nights
Phuket is easy to do badly. This departure picks one west-coast base — Kamala, Surin, or Kata, depending on the group — and refuses to change hotel mid-week. There is one day on the water and one day in Old Phuket Town. The rest is the beach you came for.
Enquire on this departureHighlights
- A single beach base for all eight nights
- One island day, Phi Phi or Phang Nga, only if the sea is fit
- Old Phuket Town, Sino-Portuguese streets, and a proper coffee stop
- Promthep or a headland sunset that does not require a show ticket
Good to know
- November is a shoulder month on the Andaman. Showers are part of the plan, which is why the island day has a land alternative.
- Patong is not our default base. We will say so on the quote if a group specifically wants it.
- Park and marine fees change. They are itemised, not folded into a vague “package”.
An indicative flow
How the days usually sit.
This is the rhythm we recommend. It is not a contract. Weather, opening hours, and your flights will move a day, and the final plan is written after we speak.
-
Arrival
Straight to the beach
Private transfer from Phuket Airport to the resort. No city tour on the way. The first evening is dinner and an early night.
-
Island day
Out only if the sea agrees
A speedboat or a longtail day toward Phi Phi or Phang Nga Bay. If the Andaman is rough, the day becomes a driver and the old town, not a miserable crossing.
-
Town day
Phuket’s older streets
Old Phuket Town on foot: shrines, shophouses, and lunch somewhere with a table rather than a queue. The Big Buddha is included only if the group asks.
-
The rest
Unscheduled on purpose
Four days with no excursion sold in advance. A cookery morning or a spa can be added once you are there. Departure is a morning transfer.
