About us

Travel arranged by people who still answer.

52 Weekends Travel Club is a desk for travellers and companies who want the holiday, the meeting, or the ticket handled properly — and would like to know who is handling it.

The club

What the name is doing.

There are fifty-two weekends in a year. Most of them are ordinary, and that is fine. The ones that involve a flight, a visa, a hotel, or a room full of colleagues are not ordinary, and they should not be booked as if they were.

We plan those journeys. Private luxury holidays. Hosted group departures with a date already on the board. Meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. Flights and hotels on their own. Visa files for the embassy that will actually read them.

The club is not a discount board and it is not a membership you pay to join. It is a way of working: fewer trips, named in writing, with a phone number that reaches the same desk.

Group departures are hosted. They are not left to a voucher.

Who it is for

A short list, on purpose.

Private travellers

Couples, families, and friends who want the hotels and the days chosen, and who would rather not assemble a holiday from twelve browser tabs.

People joining a departure

Travellers who like a set date and a known group, and who still want the standard of a private trip rather than a full coach.

Companies

Teams who need a meeting, an incentive, or a conference held together: flights, rooms, visas, and the evening, under one brief.

How we work

The standard, in practice.

  • We name the hotel, the fare basis, and the cancellation rule before you pay. A star rating on its own is not a description.
  • We will talk you out of a plan. A same-day road transfer into the Mara, or Gulmarg bolted onto a three-day Srinagar stay, is the sort of thing we decline.
  • Group departures on this site are outlines. Dates within the month, rooms, and the final price are confirmed after we speak.
  • Visas are prepared carefully and never promised. An embassy decides.
  • When something moves after you have booked — a flight, a room, a document — you hear it from us, not from a status page.
