A luxury holiday here is a short list. We would rather hold one excellent room than offer twelve that look the same in a thumbnail.

02 — Hosted departures
Community Group Travel
These are not coach tours with a flag and a whistle. They are hosted departures: a known date, a known group, and a tour manager whose job is the plan rather than a sales pitch.

- Twin-share and single rooms discussed before money changes hands

03 — Meetings and incentives
MICE
A meeting fails in the gaps: the late flight, the room that was never held, the dinner that starts while delegates are still in traffic. We plan those gaps first.
- Venue search, site holds, and a room plan that matches the real headcount
- Room blocks, arrival waves, and airport movements
- Delegate flights and visas, including spouse and incentive programmes
- Off-sites, gala dinners, and the production notes that keep a day on time
04 — Fares and stays
Flights & Hotel
We book through trade desks, not a public search box. That matters when a name has to change, a connection collapses, or a hotel needs a written confirmation rather than a screenshot.
- International and domestic air, including group and series fares where they exist
- Hotels and resorts contracted through our distribution partners
- Reissues, holds, and name corrections handled against the airline’s actual rule
- GST invoices where the supplier issues them
05 — Documents and appointments
Visa Services
A visa is a government decision. We do not sell approvals. We prepare the file, book the centre appointment where an agent is allowed to, and tell you early when a case is weak.
- Tourist, business, and conference visas
- Checklists written for the embassy and the travel dates, not a generic download
- Appointment coordination with VFS Global where that centre is the channel
- Timelines that include biometrics, courier days, and the chance of a question from the embassy
